I think we have a lot in common.

I started in retail at 18, and in the 12 years of my career I have been in management for 11 of them.

I have been a shift supervisor, an assistant department manager, a department manager, an assistant store manager, a store manager, and now I am in multi-site management with several locations across the state.

My management methods focus on earning the loyalty of your team, effective communication, personal humility, making tough decisions, and embracing all the challenges of leadership. We will also explore what I consider to be “high level techniques” such as mastering incremental change, balancing friendly with firm, and developing future leaders.
