Policies: Please read carefully

Payment Policy:

All coaching sessions will be paid for at the time of booking. For cancellation and rescheduling, please see appropriate policy.

Professionalism Policy:

All coaching sessions are conducted over video calls. All participants (and Quincy) agree to respectful communication at all times. Although certain controversial issues may arise naturally in conversation, all parties agree to avoid “hot button” issues when possible.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start of the session. Requests to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance must be made by email and may be approved due to unforeseeable circumstances or acts of God, but are subject to Quincy’s discretion.

Recording and Sharing Policy:

All coaching sessions are recorded and will be made available for review by students. However, students are prohibited from distributing or posting session recordings without explicit permission from Quincy.
